Welcome to AG Art Shop! By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them before placing an order.

1. General Terms

AG Art Shop is an independently operated art business based in California, offering original artwork, art prints, custom commissions, and related products.

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, subject to applicable law.

2. Products & Artwork

Each original artwork is unique and may feature natural variations in color, texture, brushwork, and appearance.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted unless agreed upon or otherwise permitted by law.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is canceled after payment, any amount collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 3 weeks for order processing before shipment to accommodate drying, curing, and packaging of artwork.

Custom commissions and larger pieces may require additional time.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except as required by law or otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at agartshopco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

6. Custom Commissions

Custom and personalized artwork may require additional processing time.

Commission details, pricing, timelines, and any required deposits will be agreed upon before work begins.

Once production begins, commissions are generally noncancelable and nonrefundable, except as required by law or agreed upon in writing.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, photographs, and website content are owned by AG Art Shop or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork and website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Website Use & Third-Party Services

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Our store operates using Shopify and may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of independently operated third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG Art Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
