Thank you for shopping with AG Art Shop! Each piece of artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

1. Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to ship. Original artwork may require additional time for paint and finishes to fully dry before packaging.

Processing times do not include shipping transit times. Custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, and larger artworks may take longer.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized or especially fragile artwork may require additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before shipment.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and arranging secure package delivery.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We will work with youverable Packages

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages, unless caused by our error.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees.
